Detailed 30-Page Nutrition Report: A comprehensive analysis of your daily eating habits coupled with actionable recommendations. This extensive report covers your daily energy intake and needs, fueling and recovery strategies, macro and micronutrient intakes, and tips on eating to boost health, immunity, performance, and recovery.
Exclusive Tools and Resources Access: Enjoy the advantages of my custom Race Nutrition Planner, Gut Training Plan and Tracker, and Sweat Rate Tracker. These help you to dial in your nutrition for race day, build up gut tolerance, and make an assessment of how much you will need to hydrate.

A Personal Note on My Service Scope
It's important to clarify that the Ultra PRO package is all about guiding you to modify your existing diet to improve its nutritional quality and support your energy and performance. While I provide numerous recipes, meal plans, and ideas, you ultimately have control over your daily food choices, with my guidance and examples to support you. In essence, I don't prescribe meals or meal plans, but work closely with you to build up a healthy diet that you are able to manage and maintain, that optimises your performance.
Why this approach? Experience shows that planning meals weeks in advance often results in low adherence, especially when athletes typically receive their training plans just a day before the start of their training week. Besides, I take a day-to-day approach as nutritional needs vary with each day's training requirements. The goal here is to help you gain knowledge and confidence so you can take control of your nutritional journey.
Just as with the Essentials plan, I believe in making gradual adjustments within the framework of your familiar dietary patterns. By adopting this approach, I aim to assist you in making meaningful and lasting improvements to your diet, thereby supporting your health and enhancing your performance.
It’s important to note that this is not a weight loss plan or diet. Across our time working together, there may be some focus on weight loss to improve and optimise your performance, but this will be assessed closely on an individual athlete basis in our early consultations. My aim is to optimise performance. Therefore, if you are looking specifically for a weight loss nutritionist then I am not the right person. However, please let me know and I can provide some suggestions.
To gather the information and data needed to provide help, streamline the process, and reduce costs of service, I also use an app and Google Docs and Sheets. I provide full instructions on how to use these. These are an essential part of my delivery and require athletes to access a smartphone or computer.
